Annoyance with Shown in his eyes, he had no plans to leaving the Mars Zeon and yet Rozengarten had turned his back to him. "Damn it... So much for a potential ally with one of the old basterd. No matter... there is always other options..." He twitched before turning his attention back to Siegfried's direction.
"The Sleeves will be taking some time to form properly so I don't rush it. Since I need to gather people so it shouldn't affect your station for quite a while until I can make a official announcement with the Chairwoman's approval." His words were calm but the rage in his eyes was clearly shown before he finally started to sit down to calm himself.

Siefgried looked at the door in annoyance. "We don't need people who refuse to change things for the better of Mars." he said, turning towards Lucius. He placed is finger on his chin thinking for a bit. He had to consider a lot of things. He took a deep breath, knowing that he couldn't help Mars by himself.
"The chairwoman.... Fine... I'll join your group. Only for the betterment of Mars." he said, grumbling that he would have to work with the Chairwoman. He held out his hand to shake the mercenary's hand.

Lucius nodded smiling at the man. "That's great in time, we shall become strong enough to be able to help the people of Mars." He replied with a confident smile, as he extended his hand to shake it. After shaking his hand, he started keeping in a few codes as he sends a quick transmission to an incoming ship transportation ship. With a deep breath, he keyed in the codes before fixing his uniform before attempting to look professional.
"I'll have to test that resolve of yours in this 2nd part of the meeting." He replied with a chuckle clearly amused by the ensign's response to this before sending the clearance codes to the transport for the chairwoman to land.

Chairwoman Brand would arrive at the installation but not on board the shuttle, rather she'd walked out of the cockpit of the Red two-seatter Doven Wolf that was acting as the escort. Recently she'd gone an extra mile to protect herself, often turning up at the most unexpected times and places. There was no denying she'd gained a few enemies, the sort of people that likely wanted to see her pretty head on a silver platter.
She would slip out of the normal suit, fully clothed in a dark brown business suit donning a knee high skirt. A small golden pin depicting the Martian Zeon crest attached to her vest. For her personal protection she'd decided to keep a Korth PRS semi-automatic pistol on her person when out on these assignments which she kept holstered under her arm. She was guided to the meeting room, arriving without much fanfare.
" Ahh, rear Admiral Rozengarten. Glad to see you're doing well, sir." Isabel casually greeted her senior, after all she'd been the one who had convinced him to come out of retirement and lead a part of their fleet against the Federation.

Commodore Ekkehard Rosengarten paused as he came face to face with the Chairwoman as he was leaving."Ah Chairwoman. I didn't know you would be coming." he would say genuinely surprised to see her."Your Mercenary here seems to have very interesting plans. I'd keep him on a tighter leash before he compromises the War effort.." Ekkehard would say rather seriously. He gave a quick glance back towards the two then to her."I was just leaving." he would say before departing and walking past her. For all intents and purposes, this Mercenary was trying to become a rival. A small fish in a big ocean in his opinion.

"Ah, chairwoman it's nice to meet you..." He walked in as he shoots a glare in Rosengarten's direction making sure he sees the disdain in his face. Lucius had personally left the Ensign in the office alone to ponder his thoughts while he greeted the chairwoman much to his annoyance Rozengarten was still here. His full attention back to the chairwoman before saluting her with a polite smile before offering a hand to her. "Ah hello, my dear. I know you are a busy woman, so I wanted to give up an update personally of my progress as well as talk to you of an idea that should benefit us. Though we should head inside and let the 'old hound' run off to his conflict." He dryly remarked in regards to Rozengarten as he left, before finally motioning to the office room.
"I have ensign Siefgried. His family is well-regarded though and he wishes to protect the people of Zeon. Even if his views are misguided at times." He explained casually before opening the door to let her in.

As Lucius left, Siefgried thought for a bit. He wondered what Lucius meant by testing his resolve. He brushed his hair back, looking up at the roof. "Hmm..what will this bring me..?" he asked himself. He wondered what Shelly was doing now, probably just waiting in his room on the ship he thought.
His amber eyes darted to the door, he was a bit in shock. He did not know the Chairwoman would come here. He stood up out of politeness." Ah Chairwoman.. What a.... Pleasant surprise." he said looking over to Lucius. He knew this would be the test of resolve.

The rear admiral comments earned a concerned look on her part. She'd not expected this amount of friction between the regular forces and these private contractors she'd hired. Whatever it was, it spelled nothing but trouble, a problem she would have no choice but to rectify on her own.
Isabel respectfully acknowledged Siegfried's presence with a nod. " Good day." She would softly reply, figuring there was no need for introductions right now. As far as she was concerned this young officer was part of Rozengarten's staff.
" What did you said that you angered the old man again?" Isabel would ask Lucius rather casually. She'd already gotten on his case on a previous occasion which she found to be a rather tiring affair.
" I was expecting the two of you to put your differences aside, clearly there's something wrong here and I intend to find out what it is."There was no need to mix up her words any longer since she had her hands full dealing with the Federation counter offensive currently unfolding on the frontlines.

The irritable expression on his face when looked at her. "We had a disagreement and it leads to some bad feelings on both sides, let us just say our last encounter didn't go well and we've generally loathed each other at the moment." He explained as he goes over to his seat before taking a deep sigh as he rests back as his face rose slightly to relax on the pillow of the seat.
"Look, I agree to operate with the 'Old Basterd' but that doesn't suggest we like each other. I was hired by 'you' to protect and support you. But as it stands I might need to change that to make it easier given the war. In the light of the fact of the success at the fact I 'borrowed' atomic warheads there is a large issue with being able to work with Earth Forces in the future. Given that, the Devil's Raiders are willing to join the Mars Zeon Republic as the 'Mars Zeon Sleeves' Fleet. Outside of the name change and cleared up allegiances not much is changing." He said before offering a detailed paper of everything, he was talking about earlier including the effective name change and sharing resources. The only file not included among that was the blood test that he has shown to Seigfred and Rozengarten earlier.
"If you wish to keep it strictly professional as Mercenary and Employer I understand but as it stands, I'd like to be able to help you as another force outside of the main army this is just making it official. As much as I like being a Mercenary, I care for the people more..." His words were genuine as he seemed to care about Zeon people as he leans forward to study her response.

Siefgried sat back down after the chairwoman greeted him. He wondered why they needed the permission from someone who would obviously not agree to a group such as this. He took out a small medal, his father's medal, with the old Zeon symbol on it. He studied it, rubbing his finger over the gold lining. He was now in deep thought about what the future would hold for him.
He put the medallion away, standing up. "Sir Lucius.. I've changed my mind." he said, walking to the door. "I wish you luck in your future endeavors." he said, walking past the Chairwoman and Lucius. Making his way back to the ship.

Isabel could see why a topic such as this one would irritate the rear admiral. " Look, Lucius. This isn't the time to discuss the re-branding of your outfit. You'll continue to operate on this capacity we've previously discussed, I won't stop paying or supplying you. Now, is there anything else you wish to discuss with me?" She couldn't believe he'd called her all the way here to talk about a change of image, not unlike a shop or other type of establishment changing name to abuse some kind of legal loophole.
Seeing this young officer leave before addressing Lucius directly was enough to raise an eyebrow. Nevertheless she couldn't spare it an awful lot of mental capacity what with the Federation now making a considerable push to Deimos. The entire weight of the Martian sphere weighed on her shoulders so this minuscule detail barely registered.

He didn't even bat an eye when Siegfred left instead of giving him a casual nod like they were passing by one-another by chance instead of an intense meeting. Lucius weighed his options before sliding his papers into a suitcase. "Agreed perhaps this is best left for a later date. That wasn't the only reason I called you here. I'm going to go forward with the False Flag Operation as intended with the Nuclear Weapon using Earth Forces based Mobile Suits to commit the attack to attack one of the independent colonies using Ronan's Warhawk tactics to plunge the other colonies into civil war." He quickly gatghered his files on Fumiko and her sister before sliding them into his bag before recovering a battle plan instead.
He let the topic hang in the air a moment before going on. "Such a plan would need your approval before I can carry it out since we may need to go over the logistics of it. I'd rather do it without that old man's assistance if possible due to our current 'Disagreement' at this time, mainly it was from Deimos." Lucius's full attention was on her even sliding a detailed plan of the attack to firing a tactical nuclear weapon at one of the colonies damaging the outer haul of it then having Mars Zeon forces reacting and in defense of their spacenoid brothers.
