Seemingly calm, well mannered and observant. Clara doesn't like to waste her breath with idle chit-chat but would promptly speak out if asked for an opinion. Her introversion is not a sign of her being shy, on the contrary she is fond of the company of men, finding herself naturally attracted to her opposite gender.
An apt leader though at times she is over taken by indecision when things aren't as clear cut. Not above taking advantage of people if there's something to gain.

Conscripted at the tail end of the one year war, Clara learned how to pilot mobile suits during the final stages of the conflict. Knowing she was completely on her own during the final battle she would flee from the combat zone along with the rest of her comrades in the Delaz fleet. She would spend years hiding in mining stations along with other members of the Zeon space forces who refused to give up their weapons, Clara became well acquainted with commerce raiding turning into piracy to survive. While not an stand up moral person she became more cynical and disillusioned with their cause, seeing it as a every day fight for survival as opposed to an ideological conflict. Unlike many pro spacenoid right hardliners she has sympathy towards the Earth Federation soldiers, seeing them as mere cogs in the machine not unlike themselves.
In the second phase of operation Stardust she would dessert her post, running away to avoid the retaliation from the Federation after the colony was dropped in North America. Instead of surrendering she merely went into hiding taking a MS-18E Kampfer along with her. The mobile suit had been left rusting away at some hangar since the Delaz fleet had ran out of very specific spare parts needed for it to be fully combat ready, Clara nonetheless took it to have greater means of movement. Instead of going to Axis, she decided to find hiding on some far away colony and wait for the heat to die down, settling into a quiet life on her own.
Now she lives in side 5, getting by working at the most mundane jobs possible, unable to find a place to belong to. The MS-18E she'd brought along she managed to hide on a colony junkyard after befriending the owner and letting him sleep with her. The man also agreed to help restore it since he had the means ready at hand and certainly appreciated having a fairly attractive young lady at his call, ready to offer her body in exchange of keeping it all a secret.

| HISTORICAL & TECHNICAL NOTES | | A highly ambitious special operations mobile suit first fielded at the end of the one year war. The Kampfer is a very complex mobile suit with high specs meant for decisive engagements and hit and run tactics. The compromises of its design result in a frail design that is in need of constant maintenance coupled with a very high fuel consumption if the pilot decides to make use of it's full capabilities. Clara installed a limiter, preventing some of the boosters to activate as an effort to reduce consumption and allow a greater operational time. Like any other Zeon made mobile suit it's capable of using every shell based weapon in existence. |
