Fault and Action

Ronan watched as Ryoko got her self up to the GM Cannon III before looking over to the Gm Sniper III. With a shrug he would climb up to it and peer into the cockpit. It certainly wasn't as cramped as the cockpits he had become used to. It was a fully panoramic design, state of the art even if not standard for this particular mobile suit line."Vision is going to be better." he said though wondered if they had made sure that they had adjusted the camera for the new field of view. Taking a seat in the cockpit he began to boot the mobile suit up. The controls were familiar, or at least similar enough for him to recognize. He quickly found something extra aside from the new cockpit, a system known as HADES. The screen was black and displayed this as an automatic boot up sequence was run. Was this the trump card that the doctor had been toting? There wasn't any explanation, just that name which slowly faded as the Camera activated and showed a full degree of visibility."Something called HADES on mine, also the cockpit. How about yours?" Ronan asked over short comms.

All of a sudden this chill came down the Captain's spine as she sat in the GM cockpit followed by this woman's voice she hadn't heard in a few years. Logically, the first thing she instantly assumed upon seeing this ghostly apparition was that she'd gone completely crazy. " What the fuck is wrong with me?" She'd cut communications with Ronan so he wouldn't be able to hear her freaking out.

As this manifestation became more lucid it became apparent it resembled Sheena Metze. Ryoko had actually seen her die with her very eyes after Ronan managed to convince her to surrender peacefully. " I must be seeing things." The green haired woman gasped in disbelief, trying to come up with an explanation for all of this. If she went to the ship's doctor and explained to her this then it was likely she would be pulled out of active duty.

Prior to this Ryoko was very skeptical about spiritualism or the occult and yet here she was face to face with the ghost of a long dead person she once knew. Sheena was very well aware of what was going on, asking Ryoko all sorts of question which she definitely was not merely imagining. She really didn't know how to answer that first question.

" Sheena, you died four years ago." She finally confronted the newtype spirit directly, thinking she might go away after a little while. " I don't know what's happening or why you're appearing in front of me. All I wanted to do was test this mobile suit ... " It was then she realized this could be related to the GM Cannon III.

" What the hell? That crazy doctor must have installed something in this machine that is making me see all this weird shit. I knew he would try to fuck with us." For the Captain this was a very sick prank.

Ronan had not heard anything from Ryoko in some time, but he supposed she must of been busy at the moment with her mobile suit. The GM Sniper III featured certainly some more ergonomic control surfaces now that he was really paying attention. The full degree of vision was very useful and had also forced a redesign of the cockpit seat itself. But that HADES system made him curious, what could it be? He didn't want to activate it in here. Unlocking from the mobile suit rack he would push off down the hanger."I'm going to head out and do some maneuver tests." he would communicate over with short range comms.

Sheena was quiet as soon as she finished explaining what her role was in this mobile suit now, not looking up when she heard what Ryoko said. "A-alright," she said when she suggested keeping her a secret. But her eyes suddenly got bigger when she heard Ronan's voice, recognizing it in an instant before she gasped. "Ronan..." she whispered softly, while he and Ryoko spoke to each other.

"Set me free?" The spirit repeated, looking over at the green-haired woman before looking back down at her hands. She shuddered once again just from hearing the pilot say the word 'doctor'. "I do... I do," she said with a nod. "But... I don't know how..."
