Jessi tackles the tasks of any given day with a mellow, relaxed attitude. She's ordinarily a bit lazy, save on those occasions she needs to vent excess energy. In her free time, Jessi enjoys working with her hands, making all manner of odd items from scratch. From fasioning custom clothing out of various different fabrics she can find in her travels, to setting a knife blade into animal horn or bone, Jessi enjoys the process of creating unique personal possessions unlike anything else on earth, more often than not fashioned from the carcass of whatever game animal Jessi happens to have most recently harvested. Jessi can most often be found listening to gothic music, played frequently while she works, but prefers metal or tasteful rap or hip hop while exercising. Jessi's prefered form of exercise is boxing, with her own style being modeled after and similar to that of Mike Tyson. Jessi also enjoys collecting objects of a macabre nature, and frequently decorates her room with items of an occult persuasion. Jessi doesn't ptocess emotion very well though, which often results in a great deal of social awkwardness. She gets by by being very analytical, often to the point of being overly analytical. Jessi knows that her brother gave up his dream profession for her benefit, and she often finds herself feeling more than a little guilty. She shows her appreciation by living her life to the fullest, so that his sacrifice isn't in vain. Even so, her brother's near constant preaching and moralizing annoys her to no end. At least she gets even by preaching back at him on sundays, the sheer irony of it not lost on her.

Jessi was born a matter of minutes after her twin brother Simon, and quickly proved to be the louder and fussier of the two infants. Rarely during their chilhood were the twins ever apart, for the good of one more than the other, it would turn out. Jessi had a mean streak that, while never unprovoked or unpredictable, led Jessi to retaliate in excessive fashion on several notable occasions. Jessi also turned into a bit of a firebug as she approached her teenage years, often managing to get away from supervision long enough to set various items alight 'just to see what happens'. One day, however, the object of her arson burst into flames aggressively and set the sleeve of the youth's hoodie on fire. After having fire so suddenly turn on her, Jessi came to very much respect and fear the force of nature for what it represents.
As Jessi continued to age out of chilhood though, it became obvious that her mean streak had a build and release cycle to it. It also appeared to have a preferred type of target for its discharge. With the severity of Jessi's behavior and the penalties for it increasing, it would have only been a matter of time until she wound up locked up or worse. Thankfully her brother, always looking out for her, figured out a lifestyle that would give Jessi the outlet she needed to get by without being branded a criminal for her unusual behavior. It was then that the two became mercenaries, and rather good ones at that. Several years later, the pair now live aboard a retrofitted Columbus Class transport ship, still taking mercenary contracts with the primary difference being that they now take contracts requiring significantly greater firepower.
