Amarok colony/Cluster 2- July UC 112 Europa University-6:30 PM
21 year old Misha Gilliam spent her "leisure time" hanging out around the university campus. A year ago she'd began hosting meetings with all sort of activists, mostly people she'd grown up alongside with in order to rally a grass roots revolutionary movement from within the ruling class and so far she was gathering more sympathizers by the day. Some of these grungy looking late teens had already seen service in the Jupiter Self Defense force, learning how to operate fire arms and military grade equipment. Misha's body guard was a 19 year old red headed boy that carried a APS Stechkin concealed in a baggy green olive jacket, a couple others wielded smaller Makarov pistols at all times well aware their figure head needed all the protection she could get while out in these public demonstrations.
Miss Gilliam herself dressed in a very formal yet simple dark purple dress that gave her this refined office woman look. She'd adopted the look after seeing chairwoman Isabel Brandt style and decided to try her own take in it using different colors. " The only way we can ensure the success of our restructuring would involve kicking the Federation forces out of Jupiter. We won't be able to make any changes with them middling in our policy making." She spoke to the crowd of young intellectuals gathered in the assembly hall. Everyone remained silent, not daring to interrupt the speech.
" I t won't be easy at the start, I do not promise you an utopia. There will be long years of suffering ahead of us but in doing so we'll be able to ensure a brighter future for the common people. our fore fathers have enriched themselves with the blood of the peasants.it falls on us to right all of the wrongs." Having spent a life time on stage gave Misha this electric personality that confidently addressed the crowd of half intoxicated intellectuals.

Saturnus stared on from a distance at Misha, he would about the right age to be here so no one really batted an eye at him. He had been listening to her speech to the students whom seemed rather captivated by what she had to say. He found it interesting as well, her ideas for the direction the Jupiter Sphere had to take. She was a rather good speaker as well. He was gradually starting to feel a sense of belonging to the movement again, even after the whole deal with that Doctor... these people he was working with now seemed just as passionate as he had been not to long ago. But he wasn't here for the speech, he had come to get information from Misha, information she would have the clearest answer to. So, when the speech finished he would approach wondering if she would recognize him."Misha." he said with a quiet nod."Can we speak?"

By now, Misha's security staff had already received indications to let Saturnus get close to the leader of their movement. " It's so nice to see you today Saturnus though I wasn't expecting to see your face in the crowd." The purple haired young woman had previously thought he wasn't the type to attend such events. Part of her thinking it was because she did one hell of a job rallying people to their cause.
" Must be a very pressing matter, very well let's find a place to discuss it in private." Misha had only to give the order and her security detachment would clear a path for them to enter one of the faculty members lavishly decorated lobbies. There wasn't anyone else in the Campus at this hour so they were pretty much free to discuss important matters freely once the door was locked.

"Thank you for agreeing to see me." he said with a pause as the door was locked. He would then look to Misha and paused thinking about how to approach the conversation."You are a good speaker..." he said with a pause, some brief small talk before shaking his head deciding to get to the point."Your father..." he said with a brief pause."I was wondering if you could tell me where to find him?" he asked getting around to the point.

" Hmmm you want to see my father? He's constantly traveling between the colony clusters and mining asteroids. He doesn't tend to stay put for too long, though he's supposed to take the last week of the month completely off. He'll be home by then for sure." Misha answered truthfully, finding it odd Saturnus was asking for Rhys of all people. It never crossed her mind that Saturnus could have other reasons to want to know her father location.

Amarok colony/Cluster 2- July UC 112 Aboard the Akai Doragon
" Captain, might I ask once again what we are doing here? You understand the risk of bringing our ship here, Jupiter owes much to the federation. " The nervous deck chief stood in front of the large and ornate captains seat. On it sat the rather voluptuous captain he addressed resting her chin on her clenched hand. She was unfazed and unamused at the young man's prattling.
" Looking back even Zeon owes much to the federation. Where we come from matters not in the game of universal control. We're here because the Jupiter sphere is on the verge of something. And that could very well be war. Would it not be right for us, as a proclaimed spacefaring people to provide aid to another such cause?"
" Y-es captain, but operating like this, isn't this out of the jurisdiction?"
"We're coming in peace, we've made clear to broadcast that and make our intentions clear. Jupiter is primarily neutral territory, the Federation won't dare to start anything unless they are truly dumb. And all the while we are going to pay a little visit the Jupiter royalty. The current leader's little princess has been quite vocal about her planned future for her people, and we are going to see if we can expedite that future."
The ship would remain quiet now as it approached the primary hanger and asked for clearance. They disabled their weapons systems and made clear that they were here for resupply and diplomatic affairs. There was a very ominous atmosphere to this operation, but the captain seemed unfazed.
Amarok colony/Cluster 2- July UC 112 Europa University
There was a distinct rhythmic clicking as the captain marched her way to the University. Her heels were weapons in their own right, and the noise of her step was sure to draw some attention. That attention would then be heald by her revealing uniform and the two men in Zeon uniform that followed close behind. She wore a proud smile on her face as she scanned the collected people that had begun to disperse or hesitantly looked in her direction. Her pace not breaking until she came up to a young man who stood in her path.
" Young man, I am here to speak with the young Misha Gilliam. " She rather seductively stated as she leaned forward to address them. " I am a representative seeking to speak diplomacy. I'm aware that she frequents this University. "

Europa University Campus was a fertile ground for young intellectuals who supported the Zeonic independence movements. The Zeon crest was stenciled on certain walls, some of the alumni even cheered when they saw Zangya's bodyguards proudly clad in their Mars Zeon tunics which resembled the original principality a great deal. There were no Federation supporters here so nobody was going to lose any sleep from seeing them casually make their way in.
Misha's grungy bodyguard saluted the woman, trying to maintain an stoic air. He went inside the office and in a matter of seconds the purple haired young heiress stepped out, cordially greeting her newly arrived guests.
" Welcome to Jupiter, please come in there is much we need to discuss." Misha was certain this woman had been sent by Chairwoman Brandt directly. The office was sparsely decorated since Misha had just recently turned it into her HQ, a picture of Chairwoman Brandt hanging from the wall next to one of Zeon Deikun.

Once the guard had disappeared inside Zangya resumed a more proper stance as she looked over her shoulder to her escorts. One was a long-time associate and rather grizzled man. The other was a rookie fresh out of the academy and assigned to her ship for first deployment. Both had clear instructions on how to act, and the veteran had clear instructions on how to handle the rookie. Zangya gave an affirming nod to the eldest before turning her attention back to where the company should be arriving.
As the purple-haired child stepped out into view Zangya gave a proper bow, on arm under her ample rack the other at her side, one leg forward one leg back. The two escorts gave a salute. " It's a pleasure to be here and an even greater one to meet with you. " Flowery talk that sounded far more genuine than it actually was. But maintaining proper decorum was important.
Zangya was quick to pick up on the girl's aura as a Newtype, her own something that seemed to emanate and heighten her already intimidating figure. She would follow the invite inside with pleasure. The escorts would follow to the door but would not proceed further. Instead, they would take up position by the door and wait at the ready if needed.
Zangya was quick to scope out the room, she didn't care how organized it was, she wasn't a nanny here to clean. She simply noted what things had been arranged given the sparseness of the room. She noted the two framed pictures and gave a simple hmph. " I see you have good taste." Art and pictures were always a great way to see into the mind of who one was dealing with. Portraits of Zeon's founder and the current leader were rather bland in the information they could provide.
" But we're not here to discuss decor now, are we? Let us get down to business and the future of the Jupiter sphere." She was directing her full attention to Misha now, and her stance suggested confidence and perhaps malevolence. Her arms held in a way that would take but a movement of the wrist to begin a proper Ojou-sama laugh.

" I know this is the first time we've ever meet but it certainly feels like we're comrade in arms. May I offer you anything to drink?" Misha had her own agent be the one tasked with getting each lady their preferred refreshment, with Misha opting for a cold glass of lemonade with fresh cucumber.
" As you can see I run a rather austere operation in here. My supporters are working within the current Jupiter Self Defense Force to obtain whatever weapons we can write off but we have been resorting to getting most of our heavy equipment from the moon. As of right now we count with a dozen mobile suits and enough ammunition for a week of combat ... by my estimates." The pop idol quickly explained their situation to the venerable Zeon veteran in front of her.
" My brother currently commands a greater force than mine, however he won't commit just yet. Not until our success is guaranteed." Making careful preparations ran in the family and even though their father was the puppet governor neither Misha nor Citrio had the intention of continuing with that rule.

Zangya would request the same as Misha, but she'd specify that her glass to be poured with minimal sugar added. She had no interest in bothering the agent to fetch something completely different just for her, such a thing wasted time. She then opted to listen intently as Misha explained their situation.
"Hmmp... Ohohohoho... That is all you have to your claim. It is clear now why you are in need of aid. Against such a force my own ship alone would serve enough to quell your forces. " She spoke and laughed in an outburst that was relatively condescending. She then relaxed her stance and adjusted herself while letting out a heavy sigh.
"I do apologize, my outburst was unbefitting the situation at hand." She was notably much clamer and sounded quite sincier. As an early Cyber-Newtype Zangya was not the most stable individual, however, her unquestionable talent spoke for itself, and in many situations, her aggressive and condescending nature could actually be beneficial. This was not one of those times. Rather, clearer heads were needed.
" I do not intend to further make light of the hardships you currently face, in fact, my intent is quite the contrary." Her tone remained relaxed and respectable. This was in part due to the connection of familiarity found with Newtypes. " As a representative of Zeon, we have come today to investigate the prospect of an alliance. One that it seems your future of Jupiter needs more than we initially thought. I shall be bold enough to ask, but what is your current intent for seizing control of the Jupiter sphere and leading it towards the future you have actively spoken of?"

Saturnus had the info he needed, he simply and quietly sat aside, though in his mind's eye he smiled. He would slip off allowing the distraction of the Mars delegation to cover his exit. At the end of the month he would take a strike force an assassinate Rhys Gilliam. The traitor to the Jovian people would die, and someone who actually represents the people will take the reigns. Saturnus did not intend to make the same mistake twice, Sophia the Pirate had taught him that when the chance is presented you take it. He hadn't realized it before, but this is war, and now he knows what it takes to win a war. Heading back to his shuttle he knew that Rhys Gilliam's days were numbered. His effort combined with multiple other plotters. Someone was moving pieces, and at this point he didnt care how many layers of separation there were, he just wanted to bring drastic change. He would have to report this information back.

Normally, Misha would have been irritated had someone pointed out the obvious. Despite her own inflated pride, she was able to chuckle along Zangya, even letting out a sincere giggle at how relatively small her own rebellion seemed to be. In Zangya's presence, Misha understood her place and more importantly she wanted to learn more from this commanding female, finding her to be quite fascinating even at a glance.
" I never intended to go against the brunt of the Federation forces. My supporters should be the lynchpin that secures us a position of advantage by holding Amarok itself. My brother Citrio has a small fleet at his disposal, I am certain he is more than eager to settle this on the field. Ever since father disowned him he has let this one woman from Earth implant some really bold ideas in his head and since his pride has been wounded he'll want to make a grand entrance." Misha would then explain that this colony laid at the heart of the Jovian logistical network. Whoever controlled this central point could exploit the space faring infrastructure to maximum effect.

Zangya would listen intently to the young princess' explanation of her plan and the course of action being taken by her exiled brother. " Yes, if I am correct your brother is to meet with a fellow... captain. To discuss similar matters as this." The pause and lilt of how she spoke the word captain seemed to suggest some level of contempt for whoever she spoke of.
" As you are likely aware the federation has elected to meddle with Zeon's claim of independence upon Mars. The Jupiter sphere is used by that same federation to remain a pitiful neutral party that can be ignored while the federation bigotry towards Zeon continues." Once again her aggressive tone began to resurface, but this time at an enemy that wasn't present.
"However, in my brief time here I have seen no such hatred. You are a spacefaring people with a similar claim as we at Zeon, and if you truly strive for the future you proclaim than your path will be similar to that which Zeon has walked. It seems only right to me that we could serve to be a much-needed aid to you in the days and years to come, but it must be made clear who in the Jupiter sphere shares in our cause. You personally speak as the next heir to leadership, but how exactly do you plan to attain that mantle from your father?"

" By doing whatever it takes of course. I shall use diplomacy first but if that fails I am willy to make everyone submit by force if needed to be. The thing is I don't have a natural inclination towards violence and certainly can't raise too big of an army in the heart of this beast we are trying to slain, at least not without anyone noticing." Those twelve mobile suits she'd bought from Anaheim had proven to be quite a trial to smuggle in.
" Two thirds of the Jupiter self defence force support our cause. They are only good for running interference, though. Their equipment is decent but they lack experience and numbers." If the day came Misha knew she could count on her loyalists within the JSDF. This was all the more reason why she was going to treasure whatever help she could get from Mars Zeon.
Well aware of the implications of pulling a coup, Misha also thought about what would happen shortly afterwards. THere would be many people against this paradigm shift in policy and to deal with them she would need a strong right arm.

" It is sweet that you seem to believe diplomacy is truly a viable option. With your current resources compared to those in power, you do not hold enough sway. However, as you stated where we stand is the heart of the Jupiter Sphere's network, and this university represents the future people of Jupiter." There was foreboding air surrounding her as she paused to ponder, perhaps Jupiter would be the grounds for the conflict she desired.
" The numbers of your supporters are indeed a great advantage, and, even their lack of experience can be used as a means of bargaining. What respecting leaders would turn fire on such a mass of their own people? The potential damage to the Jupiter Sphere as a sustainable body would be destroyed."
" A coup is a terrible and often violent thing, but for progress, it is often necessary. I shall tell you, I am quite interested in supporting you and your people, and I can speak of some fellow captains and soldiers that would feel the same. But to truly achieve the future you speak of, Jupiter must be wrested from those who control it, and an example must be made for the people to rally behind. Be it through respect, hope... or fear." The look in her eyes was one of turmoil, she had not come all this way simply to walk away, and now it was clear that the people were in support of Zeon, and a growing number were in support of a new Jupiter. While Zangya was not one to speak for the entirety of Mars Zeon, she had her own level of sway, particularly in Zeon's military. And her years spent in Zeon's tumultuous political climate had educated her cunning.
