The following day ...
Tabitha would meet with Commodore Rosengarten and his mysterious cyan haired protegee in the briefing room of their ship. The short haired blond girl was wearing a more formal attire, a light gray vest, matching skirt and white undershirt complimented by light brown leather shoes. Earlier, her mobile suit the RX-78NT1 Alex had also been brought on board, curiously placed right next to Louis Zaku II.
" Now this might sound disturbing to you but the EXAM system houses the soul of one of the doctors previous test subjects. This girl Sheena has her soul anchored to the system which will take control of the mobile suit it's installed on, by proxy allowing an oldtype pilot such as yourself to borrow the strength of a newtype." She would explain in the simplest of terms.
" As for you ... I don't think we have been introduced before." Tabitha's green gaze then went over to Ayami.

Rosengarten seemed to raise and eyebrow, and in fact dwelled on what she said."Sheena?" He asked as if to clarify. The name, so familiar, and it had been etched into his memory like so many others. In the later half of the war, she betrayed Zeon, and thusly he saw fit to put her down. He had done so, or so he had thought. He shook his head maintaining his composure."How it is powered matters little, but thank you for informing me... Though I must admit to being a tad surprised. What are the limits of the system? Are they based on the power of the newtype in question... if so..." he began to rub his chin thinking of the possibilities.
He then looked over to Ayami and then back to her."My apologies. This is Princess Ayami! Heir to the Zabi throne!" He said dramatically oitstretching his arms as he introduced her, his voice booming.

Just like when they'd met before, Ayami was by Rosengarten's side when they met with Tabitha in the briefing room. She remained quiet, wondering just what was so disturbing about what Tabitha was going to tell them. Her eyes instantly got bigger when she learned exactly what it was that made the EXAM system work. "A-A soul?" she asked quietly, obviously not expecting to hear something like that. She was completely unfamiliar with this Sheena whose soul was apparently attached to it, and she could only assume that Rosengarten's comment about being surprised was to the same thing as her.
She looked back at Tabitha when she mentioned that the two of them hadn't been introduced. It looked like she was about to give a simple introduction when Rosengarten intervened, giving a much more dramatic introduction. She closed her mouth and her eyes got a little bigger as she stayed fairly still. It wasn't the first time he'd done that, but it was still surprising for her. "I-it's nice to meet you," she said with a polite bow.

" Yes, the system limitations are entirely tied to the entity currently residing in it though as you may be aware this Sheena girl had exceptional newtype abilities." Tabitha had heard the rumors about this girl demise but there were many things she wasn't aware of. " It has been proven that by using the system you may start developing newtype abilities yourself, you could say empathy is contagious." She joked towards the end, directing her gaze to the princess.
So this girl was the next Zabi heir. Immediately her gaze turned more predatory, for a split of a second Ayami could see a glimpse of Fatima in Tabitha's visage even though they'd only traded gazes back at the moon it appeared the raven haired girl had burned her image on the princess mind.
" It's a honor to serve royalty." The short haired blond would bow politely upon being introduced.

Rosengarten gave a approving smile upon seeing Tabitha bow for the princess. 'Good.' he thought at seeing that reaction."A honor it shall be indeed. The Princess here has expressed interest in mobile suits. She is a newtype, and thus she should use a newtype use mobile suit. Unfortunately, as I have no experience with such suits I would be of little help. You on the other hand, would be of great help." he said with a brief nod."Though this idea... that this exam system can turn people into newtypes... it is an interesting one. Though, how do you know it simply does not draw out an unawakened newtype?"

Ayami lifted her head back up after bowing, looking toward Tabitha as she did. She took a short breath and held it as she looked into the blonde's eyes, feeling her heart starting to beat a little quicker. For a split second, it felt like she was somewhere else, looking into another girl's eyes that she'd seen before. It had only been for a brief moment, but she could still remember her surprisingly clearly.
But the moment passed and the blue-haired girl realized she was holding her breath. She exhaled while Tabitha and Rosengarten spoke. "Th-thank you... for offering to help me," she said politely. "I've never piloted a mobile suit before... but I'll do my best."
