Description: The RF Dom "Stutzer" is an equipment variant based on the old MS-09R Rick Dom "Stutzer". Additional weapons are attached to the Dom's shoulders consisting of missile and minelayer units. Another feature is additional armor to front of the mobile suit that would normally house a winch unit, which has been omitted from the design. Due to the way this front piece of armor mounts it renders the beam shower inoperable, until the extra piece of armor is ejected. Another downside is due to the missile pods being mounted on the shoulder the dom must fire its beam bazooka under the shoulder, instead of over it.

Description: The RF Dom Thunderbolt sector is an equipment variant based on the old MS-09R Rick Dom used in the thunderbolt sector during the one year war. The suit is often also refereed to as the RF Dom High Mobility type. There are additional thrusters and verniers added to the mobile suit, though most of this has to be done before a combat sortie.

Description: The Zaku III Recon Force Type was developed with aid from Axis before the asteroid fortress departed to the earth sphere. Its original design concept is to work in a similar role to that of the Zaku II recon type used during the one year war. Due to this the modular design of the Zaku III is given radomes, and additional camera's over its body. After the Hesse battle with federation forces in the early U.C. 100 the ships engineers decide to make alterations to the design. These changes are based on equipment zeon produced for the Zaku II F2 type, which was dubbed the F2000 equipment. The equipment was never produced due to it increasing the mobile suits weight to around 200 metric tons hampering the suits mobility to much. The outer armor for the F3000 is made out of lighter material reducing the weight increase on the mobile suit, but how much is unknown. In addition the suit is equipped with additional weapons to aid its defense. The addition of this equipment means the Zak III recon type loses some of the cameras mounted on its body for the increased defense and offensive strength.
