Lucius is is a resourceful, charismatic, and commanding individual. He has gained the respect of friend and foe alike, often with his ferocious abilities in battle and knowledge during his early days as a Solider. Despite being the leader of his own Mercenary Faction called the "Devil's Raiders", he dislikes serious meetings and often finds a way to showily barge his way into them. He is shown to have a soft spot for his fellow Raiders and his soldiers - even if he is prone to physically punishing them for their disobedience.
On the surface, he is very polite and respectful by nature to civilians and his superiors and is surprisingly pragmatic when it comes to problems. He dislikes dishonourable men, especially ones that intentionally break rules. He is somewhat has a nice heart specifically when dealing with women and children, who he has a soft spot for. When fully engulfed in his violent nature persona as the "Mad Dog of Mars", he is wild and almost selfish in his desires. He relentlessly pursues whatever he feels like, doing whatever it takes to get what he wants. He rents out the entire Club and paid the staff to impress a single girl. Even a young age, he has been looking for fights and seems to derive an immense thrill from it. However, he is very loyal to people who work with him almost to a fault.

| BIOGRAPHY |

Official Record: While much of Lucius childhood is unknown outside of a few facts. He to a family on Earth years ago. He was forced off-planet following after the Titans had crushed a riot in Milan. During the marriage of his parents as the young Lucius arrived late during the wedding only to find that the Titans deployed Mobile Suits to mow down the rioters and the nearby locals. He was briefly arrested and thrown into a mental hospital after stabbing a Titan's officer in the eye. He later escaped and currently wanted by the Earth Forces.
That event had sparked a change in his heart with him attempting a rebel before later joined the forces of Zeon at a young age and joined the group 'Axis Zeon' under the command of Haman Karn. He grew up serving under Axis Zeon until their defeat at the hands of the AEUG on January 15, 0089 U.C.. Since then, he has been a freelance mercenary working for various factions to fight for money and parts for his mobile suit. He later formed the 'Devil's Raiders' and raided most of the trade paths between Earth and Jupiter, even sacking areas within Mars Zeon space. He was later hired by Chairwoman Isabel Brandt as personal protection. |

| HISTORICAL & TECH | A upgraded version of the RX-78GP02A Gundam "Physalis" frame using parts from his "Zaku III Sigurd Custom", Dovenwolf and a captured Gustav Karl. A successor to the unit used by the 'Nightmare of Solomon'. The Hephaestus carries a large scale of powerful weapons and a matching reactor, a hardpoint in the wings for the ICCON of the Dovenwolf and an upgraded model of the Deadly Atomic Bazooka that can be used as a powerful Mega Particle Cannon or delivers a dangerous bombardment using a nuclear missile. It has two large wings with an extra set of thrusts on each side to boost it's mobility in combat while reinforced armor of the suit from the Zaku 3 ensures the suit is able to handle strong damage.

| HISTORICAL & TECH | Although it is a mobile suit, the Nightingale's specifications are comparable to that of a Newtype-use mobile armor. Aside from being very large, this psycoframe equipped MS also features many weapons, including 10 funnels, a mega beam rifle, a pair of Vulcan cannons, a mega particle cannon, two beam sabres, and a shield which carries a beam tomahawk and several micro missiles. The Nightingale also has a pair of hidden arms mounted behind the front skirt armor, a pair of back-mounted vernier binders to ensure the large suit's high mobility, and five propellant tanks (three on the backpack and two underneath the rear skirt armor) to fuel its large number of thrusters. The suit covered with Gundarium & the cockpit itself fitting with a coating of Psychoframe. It gives the pilot in the cockpit an aura of invincibility.
