Citrio Gilliam paused at the Office Door, his breath catching for a moment as his eyes rolled over the name plate and room number. Yes, this was the place he had been directed to. A grin came to his face as he would reach out, leaning forward a little supported by bouncy heels and gave the door a gentle knock. The young Citrio had set up an appointment through back channel and discreet means. It had taken some work, but it was well worth it to deal with the number one supplier of military equipment in the Solar System. No doubt after having checked in at the front desk they had called ahead, that way even if they had forgotten about the appointment, they were adequately informed now.
After alerting of his arrival with that simple knock he would begin to open the door to let himself in."Hello~!" he said a tad excitedly as he would be able to get a view of the office."It's me Citrio, for the afternoon appointment?" he said introducing himself with a smile.

There was the distinct sound of a filing cabinet closing followed by the soft thud of papers in a folder falling to a desk. "Oh, come on in." called out a voice as Citrio opened the door into the small office space. The voice had a distinct level of femininity but also fostered a mature growl. A voice that certainly matched the woman standing in the dimly lit room. She was a bit above average height, well built, her toned arms left on display with a well-defined hourglass figure. Her hair was a sleek black and covered part of her face. She didn't look like a typical accountant, but she would be well fit as an engineer. The room was nothing much, a small meeting office with a simple desk, chairs either side. A few filling cabinets pushed into corners and a picture window with slated blinds directly across from the door. "I was told you were coming in to make some kind of purchase? What can we help you with?" There was a level of upbeattedness in her tone that seemed forced as if she was being extra enthusiastic because she was dealing with someone. If Citrio attempted to feel for a Newtype presence, he wouldn't find one, she was an oldtype through and through.

Citrio gave a enthusiastic and playful smile as he entered the office, making sure to close the door behind him as he looked at the woman in front of him. His curious eyes darted over her form before coming to rest on her eyes."Yes, a purchase." he confirmed with a little nod."Do you mind if I take a seat?" he questioned, leaning forward a little. Before a response could be heard he would help himself, taking that seat in front of her. Legs crossed, and fingers locked together he looked up at her with a smile."I am here to make a rather large purchase. One that must be kept... well hush hush for the time being. This purchase will take a rather sizable chunk out of the fortune I ave accumulated in the last few years." he said before letting a breath out."What do you have for sale? In terms of mobile suits and ships. No doubt you have a large stock of Jegans and Geara Doggas and Zulus."

The woman was about to answer Citrio, but she stopped as he was already finding himself a spot to sit. She sighed and took a seat of her own across the desk from him, flipping open the file folder and rummaging pages as she answered. "Well with us the only people who need to know what's going on is us and the customer." She remarked at the encouragement of secrecy. "We do." Se continued at his next line. "But surely you didn't come all the way to us with your funds for a slew of bog-standard suits? I would have expected something fancier? But I could have misjudged your intentions." The way she spoke was almost like a schoolyard bully trying to instigate someone into acting up. It was playfull teasing as if to see what this princess composure was like. From the collection of papers in front of her, it was possible she already had many of those fancier options loaded and ready to sell.

Citrio surprisingly grinned, his eyes locked onto her before letting out a playful giggle."Right you are~" he said his fingers outstretched onto the desk."It is hard to say what I am looking for, when I do not know what you have to offer." he leaned forward a little."But what I want... is the newest... and the best. Perhaps something that was being saved for..." his grin continued a little wider."A bigger client?" he said slowly sitting back into his seat."Not only that, but ships to go with it. What I am building must be elite, for the protection and securement of my assets of course." he said with a chuckle placing his hand to his chest.

She smiled, but deep inside she was cringing. She couldn't tell if this was all some elaborate act, or if Citrio was really this outlandish. Real or not this was not the normal kind of person she interacted with. She leaned back in her chair with a sigh grabbing a couple of folders as Citrio finished their request. "Well now, we've been working on a few projects that may fit that bill." She smirked at the idea of selling to the highest bidder.
"First is a newer prototype mass production suit. Cheaper, smaller, and every bit as powerful as what came before it, more so even." She started, setting the first file down and spinning it towards Citrio as she opened the manilla cover. Immediately present were hanger images of the suit in question. The RGM-109 Heavygun. "These suits are the next evolution in suit tech. Everything you need in a smaller and reproducible package. The new evolution of the Jegan, we're calling it the Heavygun. Although, something so standard might not be quite what you have in mind..?" She teased as she fondled the folder in her hands.
"Of course what I've already shown you is not for your eyes, But I could make an exception if you're truly interested. Delays in testing and production, creating and refining the new best suits can take time, and patient clients can always keep waiting..." She smirked at Citrio. "But I'm not a patient woman, and ANaheim isn't here to be patient either, so, how much do you want it?"

Citrio curiously glanced over the pictures he was shown as she gave him a brief run down on this particular mobile suit. It was hard to judge size from just the pictures, but when she said smaller package it allowed is imagination to fill in the gaps. A grin came to his face however as she asked if that was really what he had in mind."Perhaps not, but at the same time~" he trailed off a little."The suits themselves look fine, cutting edge even based on what you have said. But, I feel like I could use something to lead them. A Commander use mobile suit, smaller numbers but high performance." he said leaning forward just a smidge."I'm not one who likes to wait either, and I am willing to put some serious money down. I really want this~"

She smiled, knowing full well that Citrio was going to deliver on his claims. "Oh, I have just the thing that you have in mind." She smirked as she reached into the folder and pulled out a photo, sliding it towards Citrio playfully. The photo was in a hangar, a large sleek suit with multiple layers of armor in a green and indigo palette. "We're calling it the ATMOS, it's a prototype suit using new energy and Minovsky tech. It would make a perfect command suit, and the data you could collect with it could lead to the next breakthrough in Mobile Suit tech." She leaned in, sliding the folder to the desk and placing it under her forearm, leaning in towards the effeminate fellow. "So, let's make us a deal."
