| A playful and dedicated pilot. During combat she's the latter, but during peace time she's a fun loving person usually wanting to help lighten the mood for people however she suffers from Adjustment disorder. If under stress she would react much harder than her usual personality and would get easily aggressive if not kept under control for long periods of time usually feeling of uselessness. She usually relies on luck and the current specs of her MS. |

"The fun I have is various but as long as I made someone smile, Its the only thing that gives me peace" Livie was born in UC 0060 in Side 1, born from french Side 1 natives growing up she and her parents were part of a group of engineers for Anaheim Electronics but for her it was not what she wanted even though she was gifted in mechanical engineering. Growing up she was born with Albinism which gave her an almost pure silver and high level of stress causes her to feel useless and act uncontrollably When the One Year War came she signed up to join the Earth Federation Space Force and was assigned to the 78th Fleet in a GM Sniper Custom, but her role was usually on escort duty most of the time which her crew mockingly called Silver Chariot due to her missions being escort missions yet she actually had 50 Mobile Suit Kills under kill count, but during the battle A Baoa Qu she along with the 78th Fleet was tasked to provide covering fire for most of the Cruisers during the battle, and was separated from her group and had to fight all by herself but after the fighting she found them, already dead and beginning to blame herself for falling behind which almost haunts her for the rest of the battle. Post War she was assigned to another unit going after several remnants still on the run and gaining 20 more kills from the hunt and takes a break from mainline duty. Around UC 0083 after some mental training post-war she signed up for the Titans to finally stop the remnants from attacking more of the colonies that still had remnants hiding in the colonies and was given a 2 rank promotion, from Sergeant 1st Class to 1st Sergeant. |

| The GM Sniper Custom is a high-performance derivative of the RGM-79 GM, and is one of the machines designed to meet the needs of veteran and ace pilots based on their feedbacks. It has an improved backpack, upgraded rocket thrusters and verniers, and reinforced armor. Other notable improvements over the RGM-79 GM included a head "visor" for protecting the sensors and cooling vents were fitted to the torso and knees. The armament of the GM Sniper Custom includes a single beam saber, a beam gun, a sniper beam rifle, and various other weaponry. Char d'argent: in 0082 Livie had requested the Sniper Custom to be upgraded to her specifications, which included quicker and more fuel-efficient thrusters, better response to the hands and fingers to respond to firing the rifle increase in reactor output was also given and more mobility changes the frame was overhauled using the Sniper II as a base and the Sensors and cockpit were overhauled at the same time. |
