Late April UC112 Somewhere near the Jupiter capital of Amarok
Commodore Marina Von Witzland had decided to take a little leave from active duty which had ben granted without much issue. She'd boarded a Jupitirs class high speed vessel. The cavernous cargo compartment easily allowed her to smuggle the Gundam F90 unit 2 which had been recently handed back over to the Federation. Marina had formed a strange relationship with this machine which she needed to get rid of rather badly.
On the way there she'd gotten into contact with the leader of the one thousand night pirates, informing him she would be bringing a gift in the shape of the Federation newest mobile suit prototype along with a few extra equipment. Marina was not a stranger to associating herself with criminals, finding them to be ideal for when she needed to slip by under the metaphorical radar. Having connections in the underworld came with all sorts of benefits provided she had a little deniability.
This ship was a civilian cargo transport and thus there were all sorts of people from different walks of life. Jupitris ships mostly hauled gas but also served as passanger ships to different locations across the solar system. It wasn't uncommon to see civilian passenger mixed in with the crew.

Even though the Jupitris ship was close to reaching its destination, that hadn't done much to improve 19-year-old Sara Saionji's mood. The silver-haired girl had spent quite a bit of the trip seemingly annoyed about something, but by now, she just seemed bored. She'd made her way around the ship, trying to find something to do to occupy the time and keep herself busy. She'd eventually found a coffee shop on the ship and was sitting down at a table with her drink. She hadn't ordered a snack since she really wasn't that hungry..... though, to be honest, she wasn't really very thirsty. But she'd gotten one for herself, so she might as well drink it.
Sara was still annoyed with her parents as she thought about everything that had led her to being on this ship. Her father was a diplomat for the Federation, and with that came the possibility of having to relocate, possibly quite a ways away. But for almost all of her life, they had been living in the same place. Then, one day, her father arrived home with the news that they would be moving to Jupiter. She tried to argue, but she had no say in what would happen. She had to leave her life, her friends... everything behind and start living on a completely different planet. Her parents had gone first to get everything ready, then had arranged for her to travel to Jupiter on this ship. And by the time she was leaving, Sara still wasn't very excited about having to completely restart.

After about an hour of sitting idle, the engines of The Scheherazade roar to life, ready to put her right in the path of the approaching Jupitris.
Augustus smiled, highly pleased with his recent... acquisition. A certain Zeon officer was offering up an incredibly powerful and desirable asset, the second F90 unit, including the Assault Pack. All for free. Oh, what a day.
As the Jupitris came into view, Augustus broadcasted a message to the freighter. "Attention. This is an armed liberation of...certain goods. We will be coming aboard to collect said goods. Do not resist, lest ye be put down like dogs. We appreciate your cooperation."

The Jupitris Captain agreed to stop their engines, well aware that against an armored cruiser they stood no chance. At this point in their voyage they had already decelerated a fair amount, if they were to engage the boosters the ship would likely not stop in time to arrive at the capital entirely.
" Very well. We won't resist at all. We are carrying civilian passengers and wish to avoid any harm to come to them." This was after all a privately owned transport that lacked any armed escorts on its own.
----
Marina had come to the Cafe, taking notice of the dark skinned beauty, recognizing her as Amir Saionji's daughter. The two of them had already meet a couple of months ago. It was most unfortunate Sara had to be in this transport but Marina did not shy away from sitting across the disinterested looking teen.
" It's so nice to see you again, Sara." The 40 year old blond had gotten a cup of dark coffee for herself. She did not need to be a newtype to notice the teenager wasn't thrilled to be on board this ship which likely meant her parents had dragged her with them to Jupiter.
" I know this might seem sudden but you should stick together with me, at least until we make it to our destination." Marina advised, knowing the pirates were going to make contact with them soon.

Sara was only sipping at her drink as she sat at her table, still going over everything that had happened in her head. She let out a quiet sigh, still annoyed with her parents at forcing her to completely uproot her life to relocate to Jupiter. She was so consumed by her thoughts that she didn't even realize someone was approaching until they sat down at their table with her.
"Hmm?" Sara blinked as she snapped out of it, looking across the table at Marina. She was surprised, not expecting to see someone she recognized. "Oh. It's nice to see you too, Ms. Von Witzland," she said politely, just like she had when the two had first met. "I just wish it was... anywhere else." She was muttering a little at the second part, though it was still easy to hear.
Before she had a chance to ask the blonde woman why she was on the ship, she heard what Marina 'suggested' to her. "Well... I guess it'd be nice to have someone to talk to," the silver-haired girl said, though she was obviously a little puzzled by it. Then, as she was taking another drink, she heard an announcement for all of the passengers: The ship had to make a sudden stop to check the engines. "We have to stop here? So this can take even longer?" she asked no one in an annoyed tone, not connecting it with what Marina had said.

Meister and his cohorts launch from the Scheherazade, with the ship herself and one other suit keeping their guns trained on the freighter.
They board the ship, making their way to the hold to retrieve the asset. Meister sends two of his men to the passenger compartment to retrieve another asset: Commodore Von Witzland, the woman who provided the F90. The two are instructed to use force, if necessary, but a peaceful acquisition would be much preferred.

There was something about listening to Sara that was greatly amusing to the older woman. She could easily relate to her plea, after all Marina not joined the Space Forces she would have ended up just like the teenage beauty-bound by the desires and expectations of her parents.
" By the time I was your age my dad was a bitter old geezer. I ditched him and never looked back." Marina would playfuly stick her tongue out, still feeling proud of giving her close relatives the slip when she could.
" The time comes in our lives where we must choose to leave the nest. It's never truly too late, that being said you're at the perfect age to do such. A girl as beautiful as you are would be able to find herself any man she wishes." For Marina, men were disposable resources to used or misused at her leisure, certainly someone smart as Sara would be able to have picked that up at this point.
" Stick with me and you won't have to worry about what comes afterwards." Everyone needed a mentor and Marina was eager for the dark skinned teen to go with her desire to become truly independent.
Her cellphone began buzzing in the pocket of the vest she was wearing and she immediately knew who it was. She'd agreed to meet with Meister's crew on the cargo bay so they could inspect that gift she'd sent to their leader. " Come with me." She told Sara, promising she could watch something that would break the monotony.
The two of them would have to go through an elevator but would arrive at the cavernous cargo bay, stacked with containers as far as the eyes could see. " Over here, boys." The blond would wave at the two men, intent on leading them to the exact contained where the F90 Gundam had been stashed away.

Sara wasn't really going out of her way to hide the dissatisfaction she had with the lack of control she had over her own life. It was something that had been growing in her since she'd entered her teenage years, and this had only made it that much worse. She listened to Marina as she spoke about herself, envious of the woman for leaving whatever her life had been when she wanted to.
There was something about the idea of breaking away from her parents and not being under their control that was so incredible to Sara. But despite the confidence she had that she could handle whatever happened if she was on her own, there was a part of her that was just as nervous about it at the same time. "Really? You think so?" she asked, seeming fairly interested in their conversation when Marina claimed this was the perfect time for her to leave the nest. She certainly appreciated the compliments from the blonde woman. "But wouldn't I end up doing whatever they wanted then?"
"I will," Sara said with a nod when she heard Marina. Still not realizing just what was going to happen, she could only assume the woman was going to keep talking to her and giving her advice until the ship eventually arrived at their destination. The dark-skinned girl took another sip of her drink while Marina checked her phone, her eyes a little bigger when she heard her. She left her drink behind, quickly getting up and following after her. "Where are we going?"
She stayed somewhat quiet as they got onto an elevator, getting more confused when the two eventually arrived at the cargo bay. She heard Marina calling out to someone before she could ask anything and looked around, soon spotting the two men coming toward them. "Who... are they?"

"We are your future, young lady. Greetings, madam Von Witzland. Er, sorry. Commodore Von Witzland. Moving on. Shall we depart now? Oh. Von Witzland. Activation code, please. We need to be moving along rather quickly. Time is money." They depart, Von Witzland in a suit with Ali Shar, the girl in Meister's personal ReZEL Type-C.
Once back on board the ship, Meister stores the F90 in the back of the hangar and provides a cabin for Von Witzland and the girl. He knocks on their door. "Ladies, I'll be on the bridge if you have questions."

" These people are friends of mine. They'll take good care of us." Marina would reassure Sara who was taken by surprise by all these recent developments. The grown woman had promised her guest something exciting to do and witness, not caring too much she would blow the whistle on all of this. The girl clearly knew little about mobile suits so for her something like these machines would be simply that so there was no harm whatsoever in letting her take a few peeks here and there. In that lapse of time they would have someone fetch Sara's luggage and belongings with her, after all a girl couldn't go around without changes of clothes and essentials.
On their way out, Marina had gotten two space suits for themselves, handing one over to Sara along with a helmet. " You don't wanna ride on a mobile suit without one of these." It was easy to slip into those space suits and shortly afterwards they would depart towards their new ship, an armed warship they'd obtained somewhere Marina didn't want to know.
Not even half an hour had passed and they were now in a lavish room all by themselves. " There! I feel more at home at a warship. I must say this is far better decorated than the ship I command." The blond would muse to herself, not expecting Sara to really know how austere conditions could be on board a warship.
" The only question I have is what there will be for dinner later." While it was true Sara was along for the ride now there were some sensible matters that would have to be discussed later and in private.
" Now why don't we go introduce ourselves to our host, dear?" With a playful wink, Marina would lead the way out of the room and to talk directly to Meister at the bridge of this refurbished cruiser.

Sara blinked when she heard one of the men they were meeting answer her question, not expecting something romantic from him. But then Marina cleared things up a little, though she still had no idea that they were actually pirates. "Oh. A-alright," she said, still a little suspicious of them. But if they were friends of Marina's, she probably didn't have anything to worry about. When Marina had been telling her to stick with her, she didn't know it was going to lead to something like this. She couldn't help looking at the F90 as they moved closer to it, quite curious about it since she hadn't really been this close to one before.
The dark-skinned girl looked toward Marina when she held out a space suit and helmet for her, taking them with a nod. "Thank you," she said, watching Marina for a moment before she started getting her suit on. She could feel herself getting more and more excited as she slipped it on, wondering if this was really happening. She had been so close to reaching Jupiter and trying to continue her life like it always had been. But it seemed that was coming to an end. It was her chance to finally go against whatever her parents had planned out for her, and she wasn't going to let this opportunity slip by.
She got onto the ReZEL Type-C like she was instructed, and it wasn't very long before she and Marina were together in a surprisingly nicely decorated room on the Scheherazade. It was easy to see that the silver-haired girl was happy to be off that Jupitris ship. "After that other ship, I wasn't expecting anything this nice," she admitted, though she was curious about what Marina's ship was like. The teen did seem to perk up when Marina wondered about what they were having for dinner, feeling more hungry than she had been when the two ran into each other before.
"I guess we should... we are guests on their ship, after all," Sara said with a shrug. She noticed the wink Marina gave her, wondering for a moment before she got up and followed her toward the bridge.

" Good." Marina was quite pleased to see Sara was behaving. Clearly she was feeling the rush of going on this new adventure. The commodore was well acquainted with the lay out of one of these cruisers, it was simply a vertical trip in zero gravity. Clop cruisers didn't have any artificial gravity so they couldn't simply walk anywhere. Within five minutes the two of them would be at the bridge.
" I must say, I was expecting someone a little older." Marina would introduce herself, not hiding her usual snidely remarks. She was certain whatever slight she could come up with would be easily brushed aside considering the greeting gift she'd brought on board.
" As you know I am Marina Von Witzland, pleasure to meet you, Captain." That being said she would still respect Augustus position was the person in charge of this ship.

"Indeed, I am young, but I'm more than capable as a pirate. I've managed to obtain some rather rare assets and the like. Even held off and defeated this here Clop. She was one mighty beast, but I made her mine. Plus," He steps down from his seat, walks over to the pair, and stands close to the girl. "I've got the necessary....charm..for it " He runs the back of his finger down the girl's face and grins slyly. He then walks over to his navigator and whispers something into his ear. "Ladies, you have 10 minutes exactly to ask me your questions, name your concerns, et cetera. After those ten minutes, I will have to ask you to return to your cabin for a while."

Unlike Marina, Sara wasn't used to traveling around a ship in zero gravity. But, just like leaving the Jupitris ship, there was something exciting about actually getting to do it. Unlike everything else that had happened in her life up to that point, none of this was planned out for her. The silver-haired girl followed the woman to the bridge, wondering just what the captain would be like. But she was somewhat surprised once they made their way onto the bridge and saw Augustus.
'Am I older than him?' she thought to herself, not saying anything as Marina instead made a little comment about just how young he looked. But the Captain was seemingly ready for it and quickly replied, his answer giving Sara another surprise. 'He's cu-wait. Pirate?' she thought, not expecting to hear something like that. But Marina had told her she wouldn't have to worry about what happened if she stuck with her. She'd certainly heard of pirates, but this was her first time being face to face with one.
She glanced over at Marina when she introduced herself, quickly following suit. "My name is Sara Saionji," she said as she bowed her head for a moment. When she looked back up, she saw Augutus walking right toward her. She stayed still as she listened to him, her blue eyes getting a little bigger when she felt him stroking her cheek with his fingers. But something about seeing that grin on his face made Sara pull her head back a little just before he turned to walk over to his navigator.
When they were given a time limit to ask questions, Sara asked the first question on her mind. "Where are... we going?"

" I just want to know what we'll be having for dinner." Marina was done teasing Augustus. She couldn't help but be playful and a little smug around men, something they usually appreciated. From the looks of it, Sara was enjoying his company so far and who could blame her? The masked blond was likely way more fascinating than other boys in Sara's social strata.
Even though she was a Federation Commodore, Marina saw a benefit in siding with pirates such as Meister's crew. It was certainly useful to have a force that did not require the amount of red tape attached to the EFSF and it's bureaucratic apparatus. Men like Augustus Meister provided her a powerful strike force off the record, provided she maintained a good relationship.
" I a sure we can discuss matters more thoroughly in private. We do not wish to get in the way of your operations." He had given them 10 minutes on his bridge so she would nudge at Sara lightly, trying to get her on the same page.
