Rhys Gilliam

Rhys Gilliam is the current leader of the Jupiter Sphere. His family was among the first colonists to the Jupiter Sphere. Since arriving his family has assisted in the building of the Jupiter Sphere from almost nothing, without help from the Earth Federation. After being given control of the Jupiter Sphere he continued this difficult task of building beyond the belt. His rule over the Jupiter Sphere has been strict and harsh, but also highly efficient. These traits are necessary out in the Jupiter Sphere as he will boast. However, he is presents Jupiter as being typically neutral. He is not much of a risk taker, and likes to make calculated moves.
Annemarie Moldenhauer
Age: 34
An ambitious and even influential member of the Jupiter Fleet Annemarie Moldenhauer is the Captain of a Jupitris-class. She used her skills learned from her time in the Earth Federation Space Force and her ability to politically maneuver to climb her way to her current position. Annemarie is a opportunist, and does not let a opportunity pass by unmolested. They had originally left the Jupiter Sphere and the harsh life her family had in order to make a name for herself.
Damien O'donnell
Age: 36
The head of a Jupiter Sphere manufacturing firm Damien is a rather mysterious figure, with his firm being shrouded in secrets. A veteran of the industry he apparently was once an employee of AE. Who or what brought him to the Jupiter Sphere is also not clear. At the moment he is working on a major project, for a major customer. Damien cares greatly about getting a job done, very work orientated. Only time will tell what is going on with Damien and his firm.

A former Earth Federation Space Force Mobile Suit Pilot currently living in the Jupiter Sphere.
General Callicles Aquilius
Age: 38
A General in the Jupiter Sphere Defence Forces General Callicles Aquilius has resin through the ranks thanks to his actions during pirate raids on Helium 3 convoys. Starting his career as a commissioned officer the majority of his experience has to do with security and defence. While he has knowledge in the other fields of battle these tend to remain untested. Say for the occasional raid he has commanded against pirate hideouts. He holds resentment towards the Earth Federation Space Forces stationed within the Jupiter Sphere. This resentment comes from their actual perceived role within the Jupiter Sphere, which is to keep them in line and to ensure the Helium 3 flows. This has caused him to on times when he could have used the help to refuse calling for it. His loyalties lie with the Jupiter Sphere and it's people. This has on occasion lead him to but heads over resource allocation when it comes to forces under his command.
Marlene Vickers
Age:24
A former Earth Federation junior officer from Australia. Marlene meet Jove Quentin during her time as a cadet at the Space Forces academy. The two of them became friends during training and once they graduated he convinced her to join his Helium 3 business. Marlene knew the business was hot and soon her employer bought a Rick Dias S for her to use.
