Samuel is pretty much the embodiment of a soldier of Zeon, he is honest, hardworking but most of all ready to lay down his life for the cause at a moment's notice. Sam like his father prefers to fight from long range preferring to kill from a distance. He is also hard working and most of all down to earth, Sam is dependable and will not complain if ordered to do menial tasks. What makes him kind of a downer is the fact that he does not see peace with the federation as a possible result, he is blood thirsty and seeks to commit as many casualties to the enemy whether they be civilians infact at times when commanded not to, he will deliberately find loopholes to exploit so he can cause destruction to Earthnoid towns, this is something his old man often scolds him for.

Born in the autumn of U.C 0093 to a Hansel Fuchs and Lissandra Fuchs, Samuel was raised with duty in mind he was groomed to be a soldier from a young age much like his father. If he was to be honest with himself, he didn't want to be a soldier Samuel wished to be a biology teacher, however when the starvation of Martians came from Earth he felt a strange pull towards the military to avenge the famine caused by this seemingly peace loving federation.
Essentially, such a decision pleased his father so much so that he worked his inner connections to give the boy something he was never given when he was starting out: A custom suit. Samuel's father known as Hansel Fuchs was essentially a budget version of the White death whose exploits only came to an abrupt end due to him suffering major wounds to his left leg after a battle. The boy was given a OMS-07RF RF Gouf painted a pristine white, now was the time for the Fuchs legacy to continue.

- Beam Rod
A close-range weapon installed in the right forearm of the RF Gouf. This retractable cable can generate a beam at the tip.
- 5-barrel Machine Gun
The RF Gouf's regular left manipulator is replaced by a five-barrel 75mm machine gun shaped like enlarged fingers. It fires physical rounds at a rapid rate, and despite its bulky and awkward appearance, its barrels demonstrate limited degree of digital dexterity allowing the ability to adequately grip the beam sword.
- Vulcan Gun
These head mounted shell firing weapons have a high-rate of fire, but little power and are generally ineffective against mobile suits; however, they can damage lightly armored areas such as the sensors. They are ideal for shooting down small, lightly armored targets such as missiles, small vehicles, etc.

- Beam Rifle
The standard ranged armament of many mobile suits is the beam rifle, it fires a particle beam that can penetrate almost any armor that has not been treated with specific counter-measures.
- Beam Sword
The RF Gouf's main close combat weapon, the power of the beam sword is significantly higher than that of ordinary beam sabers.
- Beam Bazooka
The beam bazooka utilizes the technology of a beam rifle on a slightly larger scale. The beam bazooka fires slower moving mega particles, causing its beam to widen and allowing the beam to cause damage over a greater area, ideal for dealing with battleships or catching multiple mobile suits off-guard.
