| BIOGRAPHY |

Born in the year UC 0083, François was born into poverty. He was born an orphan, never knowing his parents. The orphanage struggled to bring food on the table, leading to Siefgried and a few of the other children to steal food from the local market. At the age of 12 he and a couple of friends decided to steal from a Federation officer who lived nearby, breaking in at night they stole only a few valuable items before the officer fired shots at the boys, shooting François in the eye.
The boys quickly retreated back to the orphanage, with François being patched up there.
Years later when he was 18 he enlisted into the Federation Mobile Suit training program. The training instructors abused their power, using that power to furfil their lust and greed. After two years he had enough of the Federation. He decided to round up a few of the other recruits who were fed up. They planned to hijack the nearby Clop Class Cruiser Cape of Good Hope. The the group infiltrated the ship at night, killing the guards and officers there. François confronted the Captain, only to find out it was the man who shot his eye out all those years ago.
Out of vengeance he shot the man until his clip was out. Some of the recruits got into the Jegans stanioned on the ship, bombarding the base and raising it to the ground. François soon took command of the ship, ordering the Jegans back before reinforcements arrived. The ship took off into the space. From the François decided to become a pilot to be the thorn in the Federation's side, raiding both Federation ships and Zeon Ships and selling the goods on the black market.
