Elise was born and raised thanks to Eisen being the one responsible for most of her childhood growing up her childhood life was more of a scrappy upbringing originally Eisen never accepted her as his daughter due to his current priorities being focused on Neo Zeon she was raised in several Colonies and being taken care of by one of Eisen's flings she would also begin to learn how to use a Mobile Suit around the Age of 12 when she was moved to Axis with Eisen allowing himself to finally reconcile somewhat with her, at the age of 16 she would join Neo Zeon with the same way her father got himself in Zeon gambling her way to the top
