He also greatly enjoys the company of others, as he is very sociable. With that Citrio has little problem speaking their mind to other. Citrio is also not what one would call shy, not even in the slightest. He also over time took on more feminine traits. He likes to think himself as being kind, but more in a Jovian way of thinking. While some may consider him to be Un-Jovian in nature he still fits the bill but in a more behind the scenes fashion. Citrio is extremely ambitious, proud, and confident believing he can get anything done if he sets his mind to it. If his pride has been hurt, or his ambitions blocked he will go to any length to right apparent wrongs towards him. After all, his apparent honor on the line means a great deal. |  |
BIOGRAPHY |
"It has been said that when life gives you lemons you make lemonade. Well why stop there? Take the seeds from the lemons and create a lemon orchard. Then set up a lemonade factory. " Citrio Gilliam was born the first son of Rhys Gilliam, the leader of the Jupiter Sphere. From the very start, they had luxuries that even some of the Elites of Jupiter did not have. He got the best education that wealth could afford in the Jupiter Sphere, no expenses spared. Rhys Gilliam would attempt to groom him for leadership, so that he may become the next leader of the Jupiter Sphere. Thus from very early on, he would be introduced to the political environment of Jupiter. He was taught to be proud of Jupiter and what it's people could accomplish without outside help. Not only that, but he was taught to take pride in who he is. Throughout his schooling, he would make friends among the other students. One friend that Citrio had made was a student by the name of Jove Quentin. Citrio greatly enjoyed getting his friends together to have discussions and just hang out in general. It was also in school where Citrio slowly started to change. Citrio had felt something feel increasing more and more off as he went through school as if he was not being himself all the time. He wasn't sure of what it was at first, but he had always been taught the way he should act. However, his friends seemed to like him more when he was more free speaking and more of what was considered himself. It was not easy to spot at first as his change was gradual, but over time it was apparent he was acting a bit more and more feminine among other things. It took time and it took some choice encounters for Citrio to figure out what it was. By the end of school, he had decided to embrace who he was to it's fullest. His transformation into who he is today embarrassed Rhys Gilliam who was infuriated with his son. Rhys felt he was going to be a laughingstock soon if something was not done about it. He demanded his son stop making a fool of himself but was utterly ignored. Rhys Gilliam then decided to partially disown Citrio so as to avoid as much embarrassment as he could. He would put his only other child Auria up in line to become the next leader of the Jupiter Sphere. Rhys would remove Citrio from his inheritance and the line of succession. This greatly angered Citrio who demanded a reversal, only to be told that it would only be considered when they started acting like a Jovian again. Citrio was not left totally cut off, however, as he still received a government allowance although reduced. During school, he had also been given shares at Helium 3 Mines, Oxygen Gather Stations, and Water Gathering stations. Citrio thus had a sufficient income, one which he put to use almost immediately. He used what funds he had to dig his fingers deeper into those industries so that he would get even greater returns. Those greater returns he would use to buy his way into the Jupiter Fleet and asteroid mining. He began operating through companies and indirectly moving his money to keep prying eyes off his transactions. He would open up a secured bank account at a Von Braun Banking firm. |

DESCRIPTION
The EMS-01 Prototype Breda is an updated and enhanced PMX-005 Breda created in secret by Anaheim Electronics. The updated and modernized design making the Breda suitable for space use. It is capable of being converted to Earth and high gravity environments. The Breda is well armored being protected by Gundarium α. This makes the Breda from a distance appear to be a slow and easy to hit target, however it is surprisingly agile. Going with being well armored and decently maneuverable the Breda is extremely well armed. The prototype featuring weapons plucked from various sources at Anaheim Electronics for ease of production. The original 50mm Vulcan being replaced with a 60mm Vulcan Gun which is Federation standard. In fact, many integrated features have been switched out for ease of production. The Breda having adopted the in production power plant of the FD-03 Gustav Karl. However aside from bringing in current technology and easing the costs of production, there has been innovation. The Breda featuring a new design of monoeye which is a design improvement. The new design is distinct in that it features a cat-eye style slit setting it somewhat apart from traditional monoeye systems. This monoeye offers an extended field of view, extended view distance, and improved vision modes as well as tracking. The mobile suit also features some improved radiation shielding for Jovian environments.
