| Gentle with others and genuine in his honesty Victor is someone who let's his emotions influence his he asserts himself and how he makes choices. He liles to do what he feels is the right thing in any given moment. He has a hard time being impersonal, or at least he has a hard time hiding his true agenda. His confidence in how he goes about things is great to a fault almost being pompous in how confident he is. Often, his confidence outstrips his ability. With those he feels inspired by or agrees with he will show a polite and friendly manner, but those who are not on his good side he is rude. He is persistent in all things, setting out to achieve something and refusing to let go. He is typically very enthusiastic l, willing to go forward with new experiences and learn or just approach a challenge in such a way. |

| Victor started work within the construction and maintenance sectors of his colony after he graduated high school. Wanting to learn a trade instead of joining the military or go to college he became a Worker mobile suit operator. He had a fascination with mobile suits all his life, so it was a natural fit. Though, after a couple of accidents he got the irritating nick name of Fumbles. |
