| Born Joseph Brogno in the year UC 0084, Josephine was born a herm in much the same way Charlotte was though unlike Charlotte whose female secondary sexual characteristics showed up, Joseph's body leaned more towards the male side, apart from his face which retained a lot of femininity. This allowed him growing up to engage in delightful acts of voyeurism by making his way into different places whether he dressed as a boy or a girl. Joseph was born into a rather wealthy family and as such was taught in a private school and engaged in a rather expensive hobby for those in space, which was Falconry. He first ran into Charlotte during one of his peeping runs to the female locker room at a swim club nearby, it was there he noticed Charlotte was a herm like him and where Charlotte had sensed his Newtype potential. She convinced his parents to send him to the Newtype Research Institute where she was studying as well. While there Charlotte would tease and manipulate the perverse boy whose body was exploding with hormones until he was wrapped around her finger. Unbeknownst to Joseph at the time his family's wealth was in a steady decline while he was away, the Brogno family were heavily invested in Char's Success and when his rebellion failed and the Federation started stepping in they lost their wealth. Charlotte who at this point had taken the reins of the Nightingale Family decided to aid the family of her new playmate and pet. She offered them residence on Earth in a home on her family's large land holdings which were managed by a cousin, but in exchange, Joseph would remain in Space with her and serve the Nightingale Family in such a way that his work would be enough to recoup the loses Charlotte would take by providing them with such generous lodging for free. That is how Joseph came into the Nightingale family. Charlotte would spend years corrupting him even more, helping him further embrace his feminity by taking the role of the man most often in their relationship, and making him dress in erotic and often frilly uniforms when they were alone. Their relationship would continue into the military where at Charlotte's recommendation Joseph would constantly remain by her side. This lasted years with Joseph even acting as test pilot for suits Charlotte was working on. Once the current conflict with the Federation broke out however, the military needed him elsewhere. It was around this time that Joseph started going by Josephine instead and through recommendations from Charlotte and other high rank officers, Josephine was given the rank of Captain. During their last meet up at Olympus Mons, Charlotte said her caged bird could now be free, but that the cage was always waiting for him. Charlotte and Josephine were so close at this point and no longer viewed their realtionship as Master and Servant, but they were actually lovers, and as such Charlotte had begun treating Josephine more like an equal. The Callsign Yatagarasu comes from Charlotte, she noted Joseph's skill in Falconry and noticed he often used a Raven or a crow (because they were easier to care for in space than predatory birds). As such over the years she often called him Kogarasu Maru (Little Crow). However as Joseph and the rest of his body grew and their relationship blossomed into something more, she called him Yatagarasu (Three-legged crow/raven of mythology) in reference to his large cock, which she said was like a 3rd leg. Charlotte also felt the name Yatagarasu had a nice mysterious air to it, which would fit well with the mask that Josephine frequently wears, a mask that she uses to cover up a scar from a burn she received in one of her earlier days as a mobile suit pilot. The name really stuck though when she started training her Crows and Ravens to be bolder and eat at living flesh on command, a method she uses when torturing prisoners or during interrogations. |
