Arrogant but not a blowhard, Walter can be hard to get along with. He has a flair for the dramatic, which doesn't help him make friends, but while his friendship is hard won, he'll do his best to keep you as has had so few in life thus far, although the lengths he has gone to retain friends can be seen as attempting to buy them back. He also has a hard time staying still, always needing to be doing something.

The son of career Gunpla Fighters, Walter grew up in the Gunpla world, so he didn't have to work too hard to get good Gunpla to tinker with, especially as his tinkering nature was encouraged. Having grown up in the world, he had no trouble getting admitted to tournaments which he won with ease, his well-designed models tearing through the competition. Walter would never back down from a challenge, but (unlike a certain one-time antagonist from GPB) he didn't lose. It didn't hurt that he was the one making the suits and nobody else.
With that said, he has in fact lost before, although he refuses to say who it was against as any pictures of his opponent all mysteriously disappeared and he caused a host of speculations to hit the web on the Build Fighter's identity.
He holds many titles and even came 3rd in the national tourney 2 years ago, and semi-retired so as to perfect his Gunpla building abilities, which he felt he has done with his latest suit.

TECHNICAL & HISTORICAL NOTES

A Fully customized Master Grade suit, it takes parts from multiple Gunpla, primarily from the SEED franchise. It has a number of features that make it special, the DRAGOON backpack being one, the Red Astray arms another. Although something to note is that this backpack does not feature the beam cannon that the Strike Freedom's possessed. The Red Astray arms also carry the ability to cause special damage, in the form of electric beam energy, although it has to be touching the opponent in order for it to work. The suit also has no shield, so there is nothing it can use to guard. On the note of having and not having, the suit has very few weapons, one being its Gunsword, and the other being a Beam Pistol. There are also a pair of Beam Shortblades stored on the rear of the waist.
