| BIOGRAPHY |

Alex's family immigrated to South Asia coming to the city of Da Nang in Vietnam. Being brought to the country at around age 10 Alex had plenty of time to integrate into his new home and grow up. Once old enough his parents sent him to Military School wanting to set him up to become an Officer within the Earth Federation Forces. While he had some shortcomings he was rather confident and capable.
Though the truth of the matter is that while in Vietnam he became unsure of what his motivations were. What was he to fight for? he had made some friends whom disapproved of the Federation. He certainly empathised with them, and understood their point. But at the same time, he believed in the principles of the Federation. So, he left to become an Officer. Though he never revealed what his friends were plotting, and even had to turn down an offer they made.
He felt like he was being pushed forward, but he knew that the right thing to do was to work within the system. The Federation was the better alternative to the extremism that was Zeon. The scars on the Earth it self were reassurances to that. |

| HISTORICAL & TECHNICAL NOTES | A special version of the RGM-89D Jegan D Type, the Stark Jegan has improved performance due to the additional armor and thrusters. It also incorporated feedback from its prototype, the RGM-89S Prototype Stark Jegan, and can mount missile pods on its shoulders for support use. Thus, it also inherited the functional concept of the RGM-86R GM III. When required, some of the added armor and the missile pods can be purged from for better mobility. - From Gundam Wikia
