PERSONALITY & TRAITS |
---|
Vincent can be difficult to approach--he regularly swears, often appears tired or irritated, and is blunt in discussion; approach him with a mechanical issue however and he'll try his best to solve the problem, even if he doesn't look happy to do it. While normally helpful when asked to be, he is always looking out for himself. He has a bad short-term memory and tends to do things on a whim and in bursts.
While his injured leg will never fully heal, he is able to strain it for a while before pain bothers him. The homemade leg brace he wears and love of antique gasoline muscle cars have earned him the moniker "Leadfoot." Although he has plans to build mobile suits, Vincent dreams of one day reproducing a gasoline-style car with modern conveniences.

BIOGRAPHY |
---|
"You can do whatever you want, just realize you'll have to deal with the consequences."
Born into a Federation family Vincent's career was already decided upon, or so his parents thought. Both of Vincent's parents were devoted members of the Federation and raised him in the same way. Life was strict, though not necessarily hard. Regardless as the years went on Vincent felt more as if he were being used, dressed, trained, for no other reason than to be another achievement, another badge on his parents' sashes. As Vincent grew up he found he was mechanically and technologically inclined, having a knack for understanding and item's construction and then fixing problems they had, leading him to study antique machinery as a child. Once Vincent was eighteen his parents had him enlist in the Federation, much to his aggravation. Feeling he had no other choice Vincent endured the following years of authority and regulation. He chose to train in mechanics and engineering in hopes of getting a position away from the front lines doing maintenance work, and indulge himself in his pastime.
As time went on and Vincent grew up, he adapted to his life in the Federation and found enjoyment working on their mobile suits. During an attack during the Mufti conflict Vincent was hit by debris and disabled. When he was found it was discovered that his left leg had been mangled, and Vincent was excused from duty for what would be a lengthy, if not permanent, recovery period. During this time Vincent decided to leave the military and set himself up a job once he had recovered from his injuries well enough to work. With his experience, passion, and some "good words" Vincent was given a job working with Anaheim. At first he was doing more or less the same things he did for the Federation, though his slight limp Vincent showed a noticeable degree of adaptability and skill when operating the company's equipment and worker mobile suits, and was offered a chance to be a test pilot.

TECHNICAL & HISTORICAL NOTES
|
---|
At its core this Heavygun is largely the standard Earth Federation model; head-mounted vulcans, grenades, saber, rifle and shield. However Vincent uses this unit as an initial testbed for newer technologies and it is combat worthy.
